Shippings will be free of charge in Spain (except Canary Islands) for orders reaching an amont 120€ and above.
Take into account that international shipments outside the European Economic Community might have some additional taxes, duties or customs fees. LCF cannot control or predict these charges and it is our customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges from customs clearance.
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Preparation for deliveries takes place during working days from Monday to Friday. Delivery periods are just indicative but it may be delayed by payment authorisations or customs procedures.

Once the payment is done you will get a confirmation in the email you provided to us.
During the registration process at www.staylittle.es you will be required to register or provide your personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address by our delivery company.
To easy delivery we recommend that you provide us an address where deliveries can be done during working hours.
If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process.We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.
The delivery servicies will make two attempts to make the delivery in the address prviously provided. After two failed attempts the order will be sent back toGunesbulut sl premises.
Gunesbulut will not be held reponsable for breaking the contract and in case of delay under force mayeure circumstances, it means any evento or situation that is not under our control.
In case of Force Majeure, Gunesbulut S.L. obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Gunesbulut, SL can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Gunesbulut S.L. Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Should these unexpected circumstances occur, Gunesbulut S.L. will do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refuns or exchanges of any article in our web are free of cost in Spain except for the Canary Islands. For refunds and exchanges from other places please contact us in email@example.com. Please be aware that taxes and other custom fees will not be refunded.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if original labels are still attached to each product and the original packaging is fully intact. Gunesbulut S.L. cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. Please note that you are responsible for the returned product(s) until it reaches us. Gunesbulut S.L. will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
All exchanges will be subject to availability once the product reaches our premises. We will exchange products that have been returned within the 14 days after reaching the customer. Please indicate us at the reception of the product if you wish to change it.
In case of change please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another product or size. Refunds of returned goods will be made as quickly as possible from the reception of the product in the warehouses of Gunesbulut.
Gunesbulut S.L. takes every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you.
If you consider when you recive the product that it does not ajust to the contract you should get in contact with us at email@example.com giving usa ll details about the product and the damage on it or the comments you may have. We will then explain how to proceed.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
The exchange of an article or the refund if it is the case will be done as soon as posible in the 14 days after the notification of contract’s withdrawal. We will send you an email confirming that the article will be exchange or the refund of the amount you paid for it.
If after checking we agree about the defect of mistake in the article we refunda ll amount país including the shipping cost. The new article in exchange will be sent under the same buying conditions according to the contract.
